• Classroom and field activity: attendance and participation in classroom training batches, and field visit or coaching records entered by you or your managers.
• Technical information: browser type, device type, IP address, login timestamps and basic usage logs, used for security and troubleshooting.

• deliver courses, assessments, surveys and training programs assigned to you.
• track progress and generate reports, analytics and certificates for you and your organization.

4Cookies, Sessions and Local Storage

The platform uses a secure, HttpOnly session cookie to keep you signed in. This cookie cannot be read by scripts running in your browser and is used only to identify your active session.

For security, an account may have only one active session at a time. If you sign in from another device or browser, your earlier session is ended and you will be asked to sign in again.

We also store a small number of preferences, such as your language and display theme, in your browser's local storage. These contain no sensitive personal data and can be cleared at any time from your browser settings.

7Data Retention

We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as long as your organization needs it to provide the service. Learning records, certificates and audit logs may be retained for longer where required for compliance, reporting or legal purposes.

When information is no longer needed, we delete it or anonymize it so that it can no longer identify you.

8Data Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect your information, including encrypted connections, hashed credentials, role-based access controls and session management.

No online system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Please keep your password confidential and sign out when using a shared device.

9Your Rights and Choices

Subject to applicable law, you may ask to:

• access the personal information we hold about you.
• correct information that is inaccurate or incomplete.
• request deletion of your information, where it is no longer needed for the purposes described above.

GoldCrest.AI is intended for employees, learners and professionals enrolled by their organization. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
